Model Answer 1:
In today’s technologically driven world, computers have become an integral part of various sectors, ranging from business and healthcare to law enforcement and aviation. As we look to the future, it is clear that computers will continue to play a crucial role in advancing and transforming many aspects of our lives.
One area where computers will undoubtedly find increased utilization is in the field of artificial intelligence (AI). With ongoing advancements in machine learning and data analysis, computers will become more adept at performing complex tasks that traditionally required human intervention. For instance, AI-powered systems may be employed in autonomous vehicles, allowing for safer and more efficient transportation. Moreover, computers will likely revolutionize the healthcare industry by facilitating accurate diagnoses, personalized treatments, and drug discoveries based on extensive data analysis.
Furthermore, the Internet of Things (IoT) is set to become more pervasive, connecting everyday objects and devices to the Internet. This will lead to the integration of computers into various aspects of our daily lives, such as smart homes, wearable devices, and even city infrastructure. For example, smart cities equipped with interconnected computer systems can optimize energy consumption, enhance transportation networks, and improve overall urban planning.
While the increasing dependence on computers offers numerous benefits and opportunities for innovation, it is important to approach this reliance with some degree of caution. As computers become more ingrained in our lives, concerns about privacy and data security arise. There is a need for robust cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive information from cyber threats and potential misuse. Additionally, the overreliance on computers may lead to a decline in certain human skills and abilities. For instance, excessive reliance on automated systems might result in a decreased emphasis on critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal communication.
In conclusion, computers will continue to shape our world in the future, finding applications in fields such as AI and IoT. While their benefits are undeniable, we should approach this dependence on computers with a critical mindset.
Model Answer 2:
Computers are a relatively new invention. The first computer was built around seven decades ago and it is the last thirty years or so that their influences have affected our everyday life to a great extent. Personal computers were introduced as recently as the early eighties. In this short time, they have made a tremendous impact on our lives. We are now so dependent on computers that it is hard to imagine what things would be without them. You have only got to go into a bank when their main computer is broken to appreciate the chaos that would occur if computers were suddenly removed worldwide.
In the future, computers will be used to create bigger and even more sophisticated computers. The prospects for this are quite alarming. They will be so complex that no individual could hope to understand how they work. They will bring a lot of benefits but they will also increase the potential for unimaginable chaos. They will, for example, be able to fly planes and they will be able to coordinate the movements of several planes in the vicinity of an airport. Providing all the computers are working correctly nothing can go wrong, but if one small program fails- disaster.
There is a certain inevitability that technology will progress and become increasingly complex. We should, however, ensure that we are still in a position where we can control the technology. It will be too easy to suddenly discover that technology is controlling us. By then it might be too late. I believe that it is very important to be suspicious of the benefits that computers bring and to make sure that we never become totally dependent on a completely technological world.

Model Answer 3:
Computers are perhaps a marvellous invention of the modern era and they have already revolutionised the way we do most of our work. With more powerful processing power and the advancement of artificial intelligence, they will be used in more sophisticated work in the future and we should always be in charge of computers and not let them control us.
In the future, computers will be used to produce more sophisticated software and hardware towards the creation of next-generation computers and robots. They will also be used to alter human DNA structure to erase genetic limitations before we are born. We will be able to explore outer space and reach distant corners of the universe with the help of powerful computer technology. Finally, future soldiers who would fight deadly battles will be robots and would be controlled by computers who would bring unfathomable destruction to the world.
Since computers have advanced and are still advancing our human civilisation, and have made things possible that otherwise would have been unattainable, we can’t progress further without the use of computers. I believe that as long as we control them and use them for our benefit, dependency on computers is not bad. But such dependence should not be so extensive that we would be clueless when they malfunction or act against us. We should be suspicious of their use whenever we find that we don’t have alternatives rather than depending on them.
To conclude, the computer is a great tool to aid us and make our life and work simple. But we should always be in charge and have alternatives whenever there is a chance of disaster. In fact, we should always be their master as inventors and not slave due to our carelessness and over-reliance on their use.
