You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You are not satisfied with the changing room in a sports centre that you visit.
Write a letter to the manager of this sports centre. In your letter, explain:
- what the problem is
- how you feel about the problem
- what steps you want the manager to take
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.
Begin your letter as follows:

I wish that I didn’t have to write this letter to you, but I just couldn’t help it. Well, I just wanted to inform you about a couple of problems in the changing room of your sports centre which needs your immediate attention.
It looks like the air conditioning system in the room doesn’t seem to be functioning properly these days as, every time, I enter the room to change and prepare myself for my regular gym works, I get hit by excessive hot temperature, followed by sweating as well soon after. As if that’s not enough, sometimes, I even struggle with my locker system in the changing room, provided for the use of your guests to keep their stuff in a safe place, as it sometimes doesn’t get opened properly. Of course, I have formally informed your maintenance person in charge a couple of times in the past, but unfortunately, it looks like nothing really has been done to fix the problems.
So, I would really appreciate it if you could please get one of your facility experts to fix the problem in the changing room at your earliest convenience.

Dear Sir or Madam,
The objective of writing this letter is to let you know that I am unhappy with the “changing area” of the sports complex which I visit.
First of all, I would like you to address the main problem, which I face every day. You need to repair the door lock which never works. So people are probable to enter the changing room without knowing that someone is already there. Apart from this, there is no hanger to put my clothes on. Even more, I cannot keep my sportswear on the floor because it is not clean.
I am exceedingly displeased with both management and caretaker. I have complained about the issues to the caretaker, but they did nothing about it.
I would like you to install a new door lock for all rooms as quickly as possible along with that, it will be nice of you if you advise the cleaners to clean the floor twice a day for better hygiene for all of us.
I hope you will address these concerns as soon as possible.
