Begin your letter as follows:
Dear ………….,
Model Answer:
Dear Paul,
Hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. I am writing to let you know about a suitable job position at my company which you may find interesting.
This is a position for Junior Accounting Analyst, and given your previous experience of working as an intern at an accounting firm, while you were a university student, I thought that you would like this job. Besides, I think that you also enjoyed accounting when you were completing your BBA programme. By the way, at this job, you would be working under a Senior Accountant, doing things like preparing accounting report, and collecting some primary data and entering them into their computer system.
Anyway, I think that you would really enjoy doing this job since the company has a great work culture. Besides, they also offer a comparatively better salary structure and fringe benefits than many other similar companies in our country. Finally, I think that this job would suit you since you will be able to work for a great company without ever getting out of your hometown.
So, let me know what you think about the opportunity.
Warm wishes,
Jack Moore
