Your company has recently informed all its employees to refer their friends or relatives for a junior job position. You think that one of your university friends would be suitable for that job. Write a letter to your friend. In your letter: ask your friend if he/she would be interested in the job tell your friend about the job and what sort of work it involves say why you think the job would be suitable for him/her Write at least 150 words. You do NOT need to write any addresses. Begin your letter as follows: Dear ............., Model Answer: Dear Paul, Hope this letter finds you in good health and spirit. I am writing to let you know about a suitable job position at my company which you may find interesting. This is a position for Junior Accounting Analyst, and given your previous experience of working as an intern at an accounting firm, while you were a university student, I thought that you would like this job. Besides, I think that you also enjoyed accounting when you were completing your BBA programme. By the way, at this job, you would be working under a Senior Accountant, doing things like preparing accounting report, and collecting some primary data and entering them into their computer system. Anyway, I think that you would really enjoy doing this job since the company has a great work culture. Besides, they also offer a comparatively better salary structure and fringe benefits than many other similar companies in our country. Finally, I think that this job would suit you since you will be able to work for a great company without ever getting out of your hometown. So, let me know what you think about the opportunity.
