But, here I am and complaining a bunch about a laptop which I just bought last week from your store.
Of course, if it is any consolation for you, I actually managed to work the whole last week on this laptop, but this week, for some mysterious reasons, the laptop is acting up. However, the most frustrating part is that it doesn’t even switch on sometimes. By the way, I live in a small town called Panam Valley, and I drove about two hours to get to your store. Besides, I also paid a good price to purchase this laptop, and therefore, the last thing, which I ever expected from this laptop, was to act like this.
Anyway, I won’t complain anymore. I just want you to schedule a time for me so that I could either visit your store to pick up a brand new laptop of my choice from your store as a replacement, or you will make a full refund to me.

Dear Sir or Madam,
I am Preeti Puri, a resident of Tarn Taran, which is about 180 km away from your store. I am writing to complain about my laptop which I bought from your store on 16th July, exactly 7 days ago, and which is not working at all now.
I had used the laptop for about a week, and then it stopped working all of a sudden. I was working 2 to 3 hours per day in it to finish an important assignment. But yesterday, when I turned on the laptop to do my work it did not respond. I thought it might be the charge of the battery and even though I plugged in the charger for almost half an hour, it did not work. I was working on a very important assignment which is half done and if I can not open my laptop, I can not finish it.
Now, I would like you to replace the faulty laptop with a brand new laptop and transfer my data to the new laptop. I will not agree to have the laptop repaired as I have a valid replacement warranty. If you do not resolve my problem within the next week, unfortunately, I will be forced to take legal action.
I hope you will understand my problem and solve it amicably.
