I am Angelica Graham, a resident of 20th Canterbury Street in Citadelle area, a Medical Sergon by profession and an Assistant Professor at the “Wellbeing Medical College & Hospital”. The reason I am writing is to register a complaint with you regarding the poor service that I received from your employees when I visited your Lakeshire showroom last Monday at around 3:40 pm.
I went to your showroom to purchase a laptop for my husband. While I was there, not a single employee approached me and offered me any help. I noticed that they were preoccupied with their computers or mobile phones. After about 5 minutes or so, I asked for help from a salesperson who seemed reluctant to offer me any assistance. When I asked about the configuration and price of a laptop, she could not (or did not) answer it satisfactorily.
This was a dismaying experience for me. I left the showroom after a while thinking how could a business like this offer such a terrible service. I left the showroom without buying anything though I had the money and intention to buy a laptop.
I thought I should let you know how poorly your staff in this showroom treat your customers. I hope you will look into the matter and improve your service so that no one ever experiences appalling service when they visit your store.
