I gave a call to your branch yesterday, and they seemed to have no idea about it. This is an example of poor service and very disappointing. I need to pay my rent to my landlord and clear some other important bills, and to make these payments, I urgently need the chequebook. I would like you to look into the matter and inform me when I can expect to receive it.
I would also like to know what actions, you are going to take about it. I am a customer of your branch for the last 14 years, and I have never received such poor service before.
