Thank you for providing us with the opportunity to organise a company meeting at your hotel last week. Participants of the meeting pretty much liked everything about your hotel including great customer service, cleanliness and spacious meeting room. Besides, the temperature inside the meeting room was just perfect to carry on with an all-day long meeting. You were even kind and thoughtful enough to offer us your projector (we already had one of our own though) in case if we needed one.
However, they were not too happy about the food you provided. The salad dressings & toppings were excellent but the taste was not! The buffet menu did not contain any fish item and that was an utter disappointment for many. “Off seasonal” fruits was not a hit either! I could probably understand the fact that you perhaps wanted to surprise the participants with some “off seasonal” fruits, but they were just not properly “ripe” as yet to be consumed. Finally, french-fries, which we were served in the evening, were not properly “fried” either.
Anyway, if I may suggest, please try to offer your guests a more choice in your buffet menu and serve only those fruits that are grown during the current season instead of those which are grown during a different season. You may also want to ensure better oversight of your kitchen when you have a big meeting with many guests to feed.
