I wasn’t really too sure about my Samsung smart TV when I first bought it about a year ago simply because I thought that I already had a smartphone and a laptop, and I didn’t need any smart TV. But, still I bought it because it looked sensationally beautiful, and it was on discount! And after owning and using it for almost a year, I sure am glad that I bought it.
It is actually nice to have the features of a smartphone on a TV since a smartphone isn’t just powerful and big enough to do many things that are possible on a smart TV. With the internet connectivity feature, my smart TV allows me to enjoy movie streaming services like Netflix, Vudu, Hulu, Crackle, Vimeo, YouTube along with many other web and browser services when I am not in a mood to watch regular TV programs. Sometimes, I also use my smart TV to do video conferencing with my friends who are living far away from me. However, the best thing that I like about my smart TV is I can actually browse the internet on it as well. Of course, if I don’t say that I also use my smart TV to watch my favourite programs and shows, of a regular TV, on a screen with perfect resolution, then I won’t be telling the whole story.
I have been owning and using it for about a year and I wonder how did I manage without it before!
My smart TV is important to me since it offers me the functionalities of a TV as well as a computer. Besides, the picture quality on my smart TV is much better than that is offered by a regular TV. Then, of course, being able to see a funny video online, or a music streaming service, that is playing some of my all-time favourite songs, on my larger TV screen, which is connected to a better sound system, by transmitting them from my tiny smartphone is simply priceless! Finally, this TV brings all of my family members together to enjoy a program that we all like which probably wouldn’t be possible otherwise, at a time when we are “too busy to forget about each other”.
