Model Answer 1:

Perhaps we all have our own definition of happiness in life, but to most people, this definition outlines a life that is surrounded by love, untouched by poverty and diseases and has the means to afford some luxuries. But then “luxury” is a relative term. For some people having a meal before going to bed is a luxury while for many superrich it is at least a yacht or private jet. Some would not even consider owning a castle and multiple beach houses a luxury as they desire to own an entire island. Well, for me to be able to own a car someday is a luxury. For this topic, I would like to talk about a car that I want to own when I have a job and a good salary. I consider a car a luxury item, at least this is what is expected in a developing country like ours where only rich people own cars.

The car I have in my mind is a Honda sedan car and the model is Honda Civic. To me, it looks like a marvellous vehicle that would allow me to enjoy travel in luxury and give me the freedom to commute to different places.

And this is exactly why I want to own a car. As a student, I do not have any tangible income and I use public buses to commute. It is often inconvenient and time-consuming. Sometimes, I have to wait at least half an hour to get a bus and stand the whole time as the seat are already taken. I know that buses in developed countries are pretty convenient but unfortunately, it is not the case in our city.

I firmly believe that I will own a car, perhaps a far superior model and make that the one that I have in my mind. My family does not own a car but I believe I am going to own one and it should not take more than five years from now. By that time, I will have a steady job and the means to afford a car. Please, wish me luck!
