Describe a person who has done a lot of work to help people.

Model Answer:
Whether we like to hear it or not, the truth is our world is full of many selfish people who don’t have the time or inclination to help people in need. But, today, I would like to talk about one people, I know, who has done a lot to help people, and who would put those selfish people to shame.
This noble person, I am talking about, is a high school teacher and his name is Alfred Milan. He lives in a town, which is next to my hometown, and I have known him for more than 15 years since he used to teach us at our high school.
Mr Milan, the high school teacher, is not only a great teacher but also has a heart of gold. As a mathematics teacher, one of the best I have ever known, he teaches maths in a great way to his students. He makes learning mathematics easy and astonishingly simple. He has also founded a math club in our town in order to encourage students to learn tricks of mathematics. Needless to say, Mr Milan gives maths lessons to students weak in mathematics for free in that math club. He loves his students, especially, the ones with limited financial abilities, and to help these poor students, Mr Milan even raises funds by selling his storybooks, written by him, to the rich people in the region. Besides, Mr Milan has visited many public officials to establish a public library in our little old town – a town which didn’t have any library for many, many years – even though, he needed to travel to different cities and spend his own money to achieve his noble goal.
Anyway, I know about this great person because I was one of his favourite students. Besides, he is very close to my family since my family members actively took part in many of this person’s noble acts. This noble person is not only a brilliant teacher but also a very simple person, who hasn’t only taught me to be a good student but also a good human being. I am glad that I have known this great person.
