Dear Sir or Madam,
Model Answer:
Dear Sir or Madam,
I hope that this letter does not catch you off guard because it contains some complaints about your product. I have recently bought a new TV from your shop but it did not work as expected. I am hoping you would either arrange to fix it or replace it.
Regarding the TV that I have purchased, it is a Samsung Android TV which is 32 inch and comes with a 1-year comprehensive warranty. After carefully considering the pros and cons of all your TV’s and of course, with the help of your good staffs I decided to buy that TV. But, to my utter disappointment, I started to notice that the TV was giving me some problems just after a week.
In fact, I noticed that the sound system of the TV was not fully functional. On top of that, the pictures on the screen looked smaller than the normal size of the TV screen, even after changing the picture aspect ratio/setting from the menu. Anyway, I called your shop to inform about the problem, but no action was taken, even after calling your staff repeatedly.
So, I guess, based on the problems, it would be fair on your part to either send some technicians over to my place to fix my TV or replace it with a new TV within a week.
Yours faithfully,
Reid Jones
