Model Answer:
Dear Mitch,
Hope all is well at your end. I am also doing fine. I know that you have been planning to buy a small dining table for a while, and I think that I have what you just need.
In fact, I am planning to sell my small but beautiful dining table since I need to buy a bigger one. By the way, the reason for which I need to buy a bigger one is that my younger brother is going to live with me from next month, and my dining table is a bit too small to provide enough sitting space for me, two of my roommates and my younger brother.
The table is in good shape, and it is about 4 feet in length and 3 feet in width. It is made from the oak tree. Even though I have been using it for more than a year now, it still looks shiny with its chocolate colour paint.
So, perhaps you may want to visit me sometimes early in the next week to have a look at my dining table and see if you like it enough to buy it.
I would eagerly wait for your response.
Yours sincerely,
Juan Fabian
