You should spend about 20 minutes on this task.
You would like to rent a commercial space for a shop you want to start in a newly built shopping complex. You have decided to write to the market authority about it.
Write a letter to the market authority. In your letter,
- inform what type of space you want to rent
- say what type of shop you are planning to start
- ask for the availability and cost of the shop.
Write at least 150 words.
You do NOT need to write any addresses.

I am writing this letter in order to explore the possibilities of renting a shop in your new and beautiful shopping complex for the purpose of opening up a fast-food restaurant.
The restaurant itself, as in the area in which the foods are actually prepared and sold, does not really have to be that large, but the front space of the restaurant has to be reasonably large so that it can accommodate the sitting arrangement of at least 50 to 60 people at a time. To make it even easier for you to understand my space requirements, I think that the interior space of the fast-food restaurant should be about 300 square feet while the front space should be about 500 square feet. By the way, I would prefer my restaurant to be located in such a prime spot so that people can find it very easily.
Based on the requirements above, I would really appreciate it if you could ensure me about the availability of such commercial space at your shopping complex, and if you do have such space, please let me know the cost to rent it.
